Cocoa Bae Carnival Stretch Series

Each video in this quick, fun series builds on the last, gradually helping beginner to intermediate Cocoa Baes build flexibility and strength needed for the optimal wuk up. The Cocoa Bae Carnival Stretch series is designed with health, safety approachability and, of course, fetein’ in mind. Repeat each video daily for a week for best results.

 

Course Content:

Warmin’ Up.

Learn basic stretches to warm up, loosen and activate your center.

6:30.

Heist Up Your Leg & Jam.

Increase the stretch in your hips and hamstrings for a sustained leg lift.

Split In De Middle.

Build on the core strength and flexibility gained in the first half of the series with targeted stretches to bend forward and touch the ground.

Open up your hips and utilize the stretch gained over the course of the series to ease into a split.
